The 1983 Eberhard & Co. Azzurra Regatta Italiana America's Cup (Ref. 31700) is a limited-edition automatic chronograph created to commemorate Italy's first-ever challenge for the America's Cup with the yacht Azzurra. The movement is the Automatic Valjoux 7757 regatta movement, which features a specific 5-minute countdown function displayed through five windows at the 12 o'clock position.The case is stainless steel. Limited to 650 pieces. In 1983, the Azzurra yacht represented the first Italian challenge for the America's Cup in Newport, Rhode Island. Sponsored by Gianni Agnelli and the Aga Khan, and skippered by Cino Ricci, the project sparked a national passion for sailing in Italy. The Ref. 31700 was reportedly gifted to crew members and released as a tribute to this historic event

This item ships from the Los Angeles area within 1 - 3 business days. All packages are insured, and an email containing the tracking number will be sent once the order ships. Domestic shipments will typically arrive within 4 - 5 business days, with international typically taking between 5 - 7.
